User Group – HR Record Option – Data Item Access

Use this window to define a selected user group’s permissions to access data in individual fields in the Personnel, Recruitment, and Payroll modules. This window is for application administrators.

This window has three panels of information:

  • The first panel, Application User Group, shows the names of the user groups.
  • The second panel shows a list of available modules and their associated options.
  • When an option is selected in the second panel, the third panel, Data Items, shows a list of associated fields and the access that the selected user group has to the fields.
