Adding an Image to a Portal Page

First, add the image to the document store in the main windows application.

System Setup > Housekeeping > Company Documents

  1. Click New
  2. Use the browser to select your image
  3. Click No in response to “Do you wish to make your document available to windows application users only?”

Log into the portal as a portal administrator and edit the page you wish to include the image in.

  1. Click the Image button 

2. On the Image Info tab in URL enter:

<DOC_STORE_GEN>NAMEOFTHEIMAGE.jpg

3. On the Link tab in URL enter:

<DOC_STORE_GEN>NAMEOFTHEIMAGE.jpg

4. Click OK to save this and close the Image window

5. Click Save to save your changes to the portal page
