The Staff Development module has been designed to provide an effective tool to help you plan and manage varying employee training and development requirements within given timescales and budgets.
It is a fully integrated module that enables you to capture appraisal and corresponding needs analysis information with suitable prioritisation and authorisation, so that you can readily view your organization’s training and development activities and requirements.
Enquiries are provided to enable you to enter any combination of selection criteria. From this information, a view can be constructed to show specific activities (Events) that are necessary to satisfy employee training and development requirements (Needs). The details of the needs define the necessary activity and match it with the employees who need to participate in a specific event.
When created, these details can be used to maintain accurate training records against individual employee profiles and also to maintain an ongoing overview of costs associated with needs and events.
