Year End Certificate

You can extract the information required for the Teachers Pensions End of Year Certificate using a Query.

1. Select Queries > New > Payroll
2. Select Pension History
3. Give the Query an appropriate name and select Accessible by All Users, if required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Include the following fields by highlighting them and using the arrow button to move from the left list to the right list and click Totals for those shown:

Pension Scheme
Employee Contributions (TOTALS)
Employee Rate
Employer Contribution (TOTALS)
Gross Pay (TOTALS)
Period
Voluntary Contributions (TOTALS)

5. Click HR Record and include the following fields to help you identify any issue in the results of the Query:

Employee Reference
Employee Forename
Employee Surname

6. Apply the filter Year = Required Year YYYY and click Save
7. Apply a filter to select only teacher pension schemes and click Save

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Click Finish to run the Query.
9. Group the results by employee rate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

10. Export the results to Excel by clicking the Excel button.
