Use this window to show or hide HR Record options in the default menu structure for a selected user group. This window is for application administrators.
User Group displays a list of user groups.
Group displays a list of the groups (menus). When you select a group, the menu options for that group are displayed in Option. You define access to an HR Record menu option by selecting the option and setting the access. You select:
- Full Access, to display a menu option for the users in the user group, so the users can display the window and view and update its details.
- No Access, to hide a menu option for the users in the user group, so the users cannot display the window.
You can grant view-only access for an option, rather than full access.
