Use this window to record equal opportunities details against an employee. Certain details are particularly relevant to the capturing of Section 75 as required in Northern Ireland.
Creating an Equality record
The employee’s Reference is displayed for your information. The Gender is displayed from the HR Record window. If the gender is changed here, it will automatically be altered on the employee’s Personal Details.
The Fair Employment section holds the Religion and Method Used for Fair Employment analysis.
In the next section the Section 75 details are held.
The Date of Birth and Marital Status fields are defaulted from the HR Record window (HR Record > Personal Details).
The employee’s Religious Belief, Racial Group, Political Group, Nationality, Sexuality, Disability and Dependants can be entered or selected from lookup lists.
