HR Record Option – Data Item Access

Use this window to define a selected user’s permissions to access data in fields in the Personnel, Recruitment, and Payroll modules, or to define the access permissions for Everyone. This window is for application administrators.

This window has three panels of information:

  • The first panel, Application User, shows names of the employees that are users of the application, and Everyone.
  • The second panel shows a list of available modules and their associated options.
  • When an option is selected in the second panel, the third panel, Data items, shows a list of associated fields and the access that the selected user has to the fields.
