Use this window to display and maintain general notes against an employee, as opposed to notes about employee details (such as notes about a particular period of absence).


New creates a new note against the employee allowing a summary title of the note to be entered. This full detail is then added using Edit.


The note details are divided into sections — a title and the body or full details of the note. Edit allows you to enter the full text detail of the note.


Redundant notes can be removed using Delete.


Diary can be used to make the note appear within the diary system by attaching a date to it.
