Use this window to create and maintain templates. Templates define how the payroll is managed. Your organization must use at least one template, but you can use several. You should have a different template for each different payroll you want to run – monthly and weekly, for example. Templates enable your organization to create a single personnel database, but divide the employees within the database between several payrolls.

Click New to create a new template, or click Edit to review or change an existing template.
