Type a reference of up to 10 characters. The reference must be unique. After you save the vacancy, you cannot amend the reference.
Type a description that helps you uniquely identify the vacancy. You can type up to 40 characters.
Type a reference of up to 20 characters. You can change the field label if the field is required for a specific purpose.
By default, the status is set to Vacant. When a candidate is appointed to the position, the status changes to Filled.
This field refers to an activity and is mandatory. Some fields, such as the Department, Location, and Salary Grade fields, will be pre-populated if the information exists in the activity. You can create activities by using Personnel > Your Organisation > Activity, or Payroll > Terms and Conditions > Activity.
Optional. Select the department the Vacancy is assigned to. You can create department codes by using Personnel > Your Organisation > Department.
Optional. The location that the department is assigned to. You can create department codes by using Personnel > Your Organisation > Location.
Optional. Type the number of working Hours assigned to the activity.
