To create a new Company Document, go to System Setup > Housekeeping > Company Documents.
Click New and select the document you wish to open.
To add a link to a Company Document in your HR Portal, you must have Admin privileges.
Click Admin and then Add Page.
Add Page Title, Page URL and Page Content.
Click Insert File Link and add a Link Title and Filename.
Note: Your Filename must be the same as the name of the file you want to add to your Company Documents.
Click OK then Save.
