Use this window to record information about staff subject to grievance or disciplinary procedures, so that their performance can be monitored and reviewed at the appropriate intervals.

Creating a Disciplinary record

A Date should be entered indicating when the disciplinary event occurred and a Warning Level selected from the drop-down list. The Description of the warning level is defaulted but may be amended. The Manager field allows you to record the employee’s line manager from a drop-down list. The Appeal check box reflects if the employee appealed against either the disciplinary procedure or outcome and a Compensation Value entered if an employee has appealed against the disciplinary event and the appeal was successful. The Status field allows you to record the status of the disciplinary event from a drop-down list.
